Many of the street animals are fed by volunteers, either at feeding stations around the town, or in shops and offices. Cats are often "taken in" by the people living near by, though feral cats are normally extremely reluctant to accept anything other than food from humans.

We are always looking for homes for both cats & dogs. Of the puppies and kittens born each year and "abandoned" many, sadly, just don't survive. If you are able to give a permanent home to one of these animals, or can foster a dog prior to it being rehomed elsewhere, please contact us via the Volunteers page........
